What a terrible form of nepotism is going on in selection of judges in the High courts and Supreme court!

What a terrible form of nepotism is going on in selection of judges in the High courts and Supreme court, alleged by none other than one of the senior judges within the Supreme court collegium. The concept of castism is the larger form of nepotism. Aggrieved Judge used the word " gang up" about the manner and unfair methodology of selection judges by collegium. The justice Chelameshwar knows very well as to the kind of words he is using revealing the prevalence of large scale nepotism and unfairness. If I and you say this, by this time I or you already would have been hauled up in contempt of court. Can the Collegium still defend the allegation. Judiciary can not carry on this any further .... We condemn this castism which is synonymous to the larger form of nepotism.
